Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience with MS Intune and Endpoint Management
- 5+ years of experience implementing Mobile Device Management solutions in enterprise environments
- 5+ years of experience with MS Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
- 5+ years of experience with Apple Business Manager and Apple DEP/ADE
- 5+ years of experience configuring Conditional Access, compliance policies, and device security policies
- 5+ years of knowledge of M365 administration and endpoint security best practices
- 5+ years of experience with device enrollment, application deployment, and policy management
- 5+ years of ability to troubleshoot enrollment, synchronization, and device compliance issues
- 5+ years of strong written and verbal communication skills
- 5+ years of experience documenting technical processes and providing knowledge transfer to agency staff
- Experience working within state government or public sector environments preferred
- Experience migrating from Meraki or other MDM platforms to Microsoft Intune preferred
- Experience with Windows Autopilot and endpoint provisioning preferred
- Familiarity with STIG, CIS, or other security compliance standards preferred
- Microsoft Certifications related to Intune, Azure or Endpoint Management preferred
- Experience integrating mobile device management with ticketing or asset management systems preferred
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation preferred
