Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and communicate month-over-month commission payment fluctuations
- Approve compensation calculations before final submission to Accounts Payable
- Develop and maintain KPI metrics for monthly transactional revenue and cost
- Manage data quality across multiple systems
- Review bi-annual card brands interchange rate updates and conduct impact analysis
- Propose merchant pricing increases when applicable
- Recommend residual payment schedules to maximize revenue and identify opportunities
- Monitor revenue portfolios, partner schedule changes, and agent buy-rate validation
- Facilitate process flows and streamline data manipulation tasks with IT
- Collaborate with Finance and internal teams on KPIs, dashboard reporting, and analytic tools
- Implement process improvements and review workflows for quality and standards adherence
- Identify and recommend operational process improvements
- Draft procedures and document data sources for stored procedures
- Deliver accurate GTM and sales performance reporting
- Build dashboards and reporting to reduce manual reporting effort
- Provide VOC and attrition insights
- Support product launches through accurate data and reporting
- Maintain data consistency across Salesforce, Tableau, and BI reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years’ experience in payment processing and interchange rates
- BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Access
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
