About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in briefing meetings and develop course projects
- Prepare course documentation, including instructor guidelines, training programs and schedules, checklists, digital learning resources, SCORM packages, videos, in-person training and webinar materials, worksheets, assessments, quizzes, and communications
- Prepare teaching environments in advance
- Present course documentation and new concepts
- Conduct course worksheets and exercises
- Answer instructors’ questions
- Safeguard equipment, tools, and teaching resources during courses
- Provide guidance on the certification process, administer certification exams, and prepare and submit feedback reports
- Create and update commercial sales and after-sales training programs
- Deliver commercial sales and after-sales courses
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience planning and delivering training focused on sales and the technical requirements of vehicles
- Previous experience in the automotive industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of vehicle dealership operations
- Valid Category B driver’s license
- Availability to travel and visit clients as required
- Intermediate to advanced English and Spanish are desirable
