Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain product knowledge and market and promote new products
- Assist customers during the sales/purchase process
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software
- Track and fulfill sales orders by picking orders, creating appropriate documentation, and placing follow-up calls
- Maintain and develop customer relationships
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and generate product stock requests
- Create and maintain positive working relationships and a safe and clean environment
- Assist with warehouse functions as needed on a daily basis
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or equivalent, as determined by Echo Electric
- A minimum of one year experience in the electrical industry and/or knowledge of electrical products
- Ability to effectively communicate, stay organized and work within a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation
- Basic problem-solving skills and computer skills
- Completion of EDGE and EPEC Bronze Level or commitment to complete such training within 18 months of starting job assignment
