About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive invoices, internal payment requests, statements, and reports from multiple input sources
- Review, code, obtain approval, and process requested payments accurately and efficiently
- Review and apply sales/use tax to invoices in a multi-state for-profit/non-profit environment
- Prepare reports and reconcile various accounts and statements
- Maintain and manage data within online platforms for corporate credit cards, procurement, and energy management
- Manage the vendor master file
- Provide vendor payment processing for 11 facility locations, the home office, and related businesses
