About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and validate outsourced payroll processing, ensuring compliance with deadlines, labor legislation, and applicable collective bargaining agreements (CBAs).
- Manage vacation, termination, and benefits administration processes, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
- Create and present management reports, including salary analyses, time-bank tracking, and vacation management reports, to support strategic decision-making.
- Serve as the focal point for business units as the HR Business Partner for personnel administration matters, providing support on payroll and employee administration topics and contributing to the resolution of people- and process-related issues.
- Implement and maintain standardized personnel administration processes and workflows aligned with the company’s quality standards.
- Conduct data analyses and propose improvements based on findings, promoting more effective human resources management.
- Collaborate with international and domestic teams, using English in verbal and written communications, emails, and reports.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and in-depth knowledge of labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs).
- Advanced Excel skills, including lookup functions, pivot tables, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Conversational English proficiency, including speaking, writing, and reading, particularly for email communication.
- Experience preparing reports and analyses to support management decision-making.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends to support strategic decisions.
- Knowledge of data-related processes is a plus.
- Experience with the RM system is a plus.
- Experience working with Mazars Accounting is a plus.
