Key responsibilities & impact- Work as a Senior Payroll & HR Administration Analyst at a human reproduction clinic
- Independently manage payroll and HR administration routines
- Lead payroll processes whenever necessary
- Process and review payroll, benefits, and timekeeping records
- Prepare and review taxes and statutory charges

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Solid experience in an in-house Payroll and HR Administration department
- Advanced knowledge of and solid senior-level experience with the ADP system
- Experience with payroll closing and processing
- Experience with eSocial
- Preparation and review of taxes and statutory charges
- Onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Review of payroll, benefits, and timekeeping records
- Knowledge of labor legislation
- Ability to independently manage Payroll and HR Administration routines
- Leadership profile, proactivity, and the ability to take ownership of processes when necessary
- Live in or have easy access to the Itaim Bibi area of São Paulo
