About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process customer booking cancellations
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up as needed
- Monitor reviews and contribute to improving the customer experience
- Help resolve disputes and manage urgent situations
- Support winemakers in using their Rue des Vignerons pages
- Assist with monitoring the onboarding of new partners
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of winery profile listings

- Participate in improving processes and tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Dynamic, curious, responsive, and organized

- Comfortable on the phone and able to communicate professionally
- Speaks and writes English
- Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Interested in wine, tourism, or exploring different regions
