About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical support to customers using the Payroll modules of the Domínio system
- Provide functional support by phone
- Answer questions and guide customers
- Resolve issues and drive continuous service improvement
- Understand the customer journey and direct customers according to their needs
- Coordinate requests for adjustments and fixes with Product teams
- Promote Thomson Reuters’ values and behaviors
- Stay up to date on the solutions offered and current payroll legislation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must reside in São Paulo city or nearby areas
- Availability to work in a hybrid model
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; candidates without a degree are also welcome and may be hired as Technicians
- Customer service experience
- Comfortable working with targets and results-oriented
- Adaptable to structured processes and organized routines
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work as part of a team
- Previous payroll experience (preferred)
- Previous experience with Domínio Solutions (preferred)
